All products sold by Celandis™, including CELANDIS™ Biomimetic Peptide Scalp Serum, are cosmetic hair and scalp care formulations intended solely to cleanse, beautify, and support the cosmetic appearance of fuller, thicker, and denser-looking hair.

2. DIRECTION FOR USE & PATCH TEST REQUIREMENT
Our products are for external cosmetic scalp use only. Avoid direct contact with eyes. Before starting any new scalp serum protocol, you agree to perform a 24-hour skin patch test on a small area of skin behind the ear or inner forearm. If redness, irritation, or sensitivity occurs, discontinue use immediately and consult a physician. By purchasing and using our products, you assume full responsibility for reading the ingredient list (INCI) and ensuring you are not allergic to any listed ingredients.

3. ONE-TIME PURCHASE PRICING (NO HIDDEN SUBSCRIPTIONS)
Unless explicitly selected otherwise, all 1-Bottle (30-Day), 3-Bottle (90-Day), and 6-Bottle (180-Day) protocol orders are single, one-time purchases. You will not be enrolled in any recurring auto-ship or hidden subscription billing.

4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Celandis™, its officers, directors, employees, labs, or suppliers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use or misuse of any product purchased from this site. Our total maximum liability to you for any claim whatsoever shall not exceed the actual dollar amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

5. BINDING ARBITRATION & CLASS ACTION WAIVER

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, this website, or any product purchased from Celandis™ shall be resolved exclusively by final and binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules in the State of Florida, rather than in court.
YOU AND CELANDIS™ AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, COLLECTIVE, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.
